If for whatever reason you're not completely satisfied with your products we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund your money via the terms and conditions set below.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Orders must be returned to the following address:- Our-Promises, 335 Leeds Road, Ilkley, LS29 8NF, West Yorkshire. Proof of purchase (your receipt) must be enclosed an returned to us within 7 days of receipt of item. Failure to do so will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging with all tags still in place.
Please take care when unpacking and re-packing. We will not accept returns on garments that have been worn or are returned in a soiled condition.
For reasons of hygiene we are unable to accept returns of earings.
We cannot be responsible for orders lost in transit. We recommend you send by registered post and keep proof of posting.
We reserve the right not to issue a refund if you do not follow this policy.
Refunds and exchanges are made approximately 7 days after receipt of item to allow for inspection. Customers who have paid by credit card will have their account credited. If your chosen exchange garment is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund. The amount refunded will be the full purchase price less £7.99 for UK postage and £9.99 for the rest of the world.
